This paper is a brief overview of the applications of the FIST model by the Labour Movement in close co-ordination with the Open Source Movement (and the Free Software Foundation.) Both groups are attempting to take on “the man”, as it were. The term, “the man,” is used to refer to multi-national corporations, and the “changes washing tsunami-like over working men and women.”

The purpose of this survey was to ascertain to what degree you (as an individual) expressed your personal nature in a business. This business may be of a bureaucratic nature that falls under one of three general categories: business, educational, or government. This has helped us evaluate to what degree people express themselves in the workplace.
