History

Heya! It's been a long time since i have done any coding! In fact, so long, that i am starting to have widthdrawl. Did i ever tell you guys how much school sucks? Anyways, the other day, i got really pissed off at the fact that Nutscrape ... err, Netscape Navigator for UNIX doesn't support embedded wav files! In fact, I got SOOOO ticked off that i ended spending forever and a day fixing that!

Description

What we have here is a netscape plugin that handles WAV files for unix. I am hoping that eventually we'll extend it to other stuff, embedded aiff,au,midi,mp3 >=] but for now this will do!

NOTE!! Download the binary, you are much better off doing that, than attempting to download the source and recompiling it. Apart from having to have to have the Qt Extensions compiled (something which normally doesnt happen) you might need to edit the makefile.

Requirements

It was written using the Qt 2 toolkit. To compile this package you will need the Qt-Based LiveConnect Plugins for Netscape Navigator, and Internet Explorer. You can get more information on the Qt-Based LiveConnect Plugins from the following url: http://doc.trolltech.com/nsplugin.html

Optional

If you want to recreate the makefile, you will also need TMake from Troll Tech. You can get more information on TMake from the following url: http://www.trolltech.com/products/download/freebies/tmake.html
